The Silva Solar II Charger will charge any device you have which can be powered or charged from a car power socket. You take the socket that you would normally plug into the car power socket and plug it into the Solar II instead. Keeps mobile phones, MP3 players, GPS', radios or digital cameras fully charged away from mains power or car batteries.

The foldable panel is easy to position at the optimum angle to the sun. When folded the solar cells are protected from the wear and tear that could occur when it is packed in a bag. Includes suction cups for attachment to windows.

The Silva Solar II Solar Charger is foldable and has a all terrain solar cell and has 4 slots for straps so you can wear it outside your backpack and charge up on the go. Also includes suction cups for attachment to windows.

How to charge

Position the Solar II in direct sunlight, connect the `car charger socket' from your device to the output socket provided and connect the output of the charger to the device requiring recharge.

Charging times
When using the Solar II in conjunction with a car charger unit, the recharge time will be similar to that achieved when using the charger in a car. In lower light level conditions the recharge time can be extended.

Suitable Devices
The Solar II will operate well with most low power devices normally associated with portable electronics, but will not recharge the laptop computers. Remember to check that your device does not require more power than the Solar II maximum power output, which is 13.6 Volt, 350 mA.
