Founded in 1990, Nomad travel stores and clinics have been kitting out travellers with clothing, equipment, books and maps, medical supplies and vaccinations for more than 20 years. The Nomad ethos is to ensure wherever you are going, you are kitted out with the right clothing, equipment, vaccinations and medical supplies for your trip and for you. Nomad is unique with its combination of dedicated travel clinics, specialist travel clothing & equipment all year round. In addition to this, the Nomad pharmacy is equipped to make up any type of medical kit including those containing bespoke prescription medicines including antibiotics, antimalarials and advanced wound dressings.

As our expertise has developed we have increased working relations with many companies in the travel industry such as overland companies, tour operators and travel agencies. We also support many expedition organisations, including the Royal Geographic Society, who venture out to remote countries often participating in conservation work or independent expeditions that have set personal challenges. These include many from universities across the UK.
