Its been a hectic winter here at Bishops Stortford. In addition to the great time we had kitting out during the snow madness, we now have the first Travel Clinic in Bishops Stortford! Opened on 12th January, we have already had a fantastic response and it seems many of you are going on some great trips.
Mike the manager is off too Grand Canaria with his wife for some winter sun and some walking up in the mountains he has chosen here because it is one of his all time favorite holiday destination. Even at this time of year the sun can be warm enough to need sun screen and shorts.
Doug is off too Castleton in Derbyshire - his second home – where he says the walking is really amazing and he loves eating in the local pubs where the food is second to none. His Leki Jasper Anti-shock pole.
As for the rest of us we are all staying at work to enjoy all the excitement of our new travel clinic and the new people we will be meeting and the wonderful exotic places they will be visiting.
Meet the Manager:Mike and his team at Bishops Stortford Nomad have an amazing wealth of experience between. In fact between the entire staff they have a combined work history of over 40 years at the store (previously known as Outdoor Wear) making their experiences very helpful in making sure you get the right outdoor clothing and travel equipment.
With this vast experience, combined with their shared love for travel and the outdoors, the Nomad Bishops Stortford crew will be extremely helpful in getting you kitted out and fitted just right for within your budget.
