Bristol Nomad Manager thoughts on Christmas this year:
I’ve just spent the weekend in London giving top equipment advice to all those lucky travellers at the Adventure Show Live show. I’m off snowboarding in Banff & Lake Louise next – fingers crossed I’ll come back injury free this time! I’m taking Icebreakers thermals, a primaloft jacket & handwarmers to keep out the cold.  Harry is planning a bushcraft evening in store ..... Emily has recently returned from a three week trip  in Morocco with her family. They covered a lot of ground visiting Marrakesh, Essaouira and beyond! Her most valued items on the trip was her Lonely Planet Guidebook, Moroccan arbic phrasebook & pilates mat.

Eve is off Skiing in Champoluc, Italy at the end of the season – skiing and enjoying some late winter sunshine hopefully!  Essential gear going on her trip is the
Helly base layers, cyclax sun cream & fleece neck gaiter. Hopefully no injuries here either!

Brano: Hiking in Slovakia – As part of a trip home to visit family, heading out to the western Tatras! Products:
Berghaus Ignite, camelbak and guide book.

James is currently spending many weekends away diving in the cold British seas with a torch that costs more than a small car to pierce the murky waters! Brave boy. His favourites to warm back up with are his
Icebreaker thermals and, of course, his dry suit is must!

Bristol Product of Month:
Mark's (Bristol Store Manager) favourite product this month is the Garmin Oregon 300 GPS with the National Parks Bundle. He says "the Ordnance Survey mapping of the British National Parks is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors – and believe me, I love my gadgets."

"When you’re not out in the hills, the Oregon doubles as an in-car sat nav, so now not only should I not get lost in the fog, but I don’t need to get stressed trying to find the car park on the way to the start points!"
