Opened in 1997, our Russell Square branch houses a travel clothing and equipment store, vaccination clinic services including the dispensing of anti-malarials, prescription only medicines and specialised medical kits. Travelling by Tube? Just exit the Russell Square station, cross the road to Tesco and you’ll find us just 4 doors along to the left. Nomad shares the same building as STA Travel and is only 2 mins away from Russell Square Gardens on Bernard Street. The Generator Hostel is also just around the corner as is The Contiki Basement, their UK headquarters.

Spring is here, hooray! Its time to start planning those big summer trips. Over the next month or so you will begin to see Nomad Russell Square filling up with all of your essentials for the festival season and everything you need for that camping adventure you have been promising yourself, of course our expert staff will be on hand to help you out with kit queries you may have for your adventure whether it be the Amazon or the humble yet beautiful north Norfolk coast.
The Russell Square team also has a new global feel, with the introduction of Craig, a hiking enthusiast from Ontario, Canada. Those calling the store will be greeted by Audrey, our new clinic assistant from Paris, France; we also welcome aboard Karina from good old London town.
Emma - our travel nurse - is a keen rambler and member of the Ramblers Association and regularly sets off for a day exploring the countryside in London’s surrounding counties.
Craig will be returning to his northern Ontario home later this summer and heading off on his annual camping trip in the stunning Algonquin Park.
Sam, our vastly experienced travel nurse, will be heading off to Argentina later this year to visit family.
