THE MONGOL RALLY

Launches July 24 Goodwood UK.

The Mongol Rally isn't just about adventure, it's also about raising huge sacks of cash for some great charities. In 2007 the Mongol Rally topped £200,000 and we hope to smash that this year. Each team coming on the Rally raises a minimum of £1000 for the Rally charities.

A third of the way around the earth, from Europe to Mongolia via a plethora of countries most people haven't heard of in a car that has an engine with no bigger than
1 litre.

Starting from England, Spain and Italy, the rally finishes in the Mongolian capital Ulaan Baatar around four weeks and a whole heap of adventure later.

MOTOTAXI JUNKET

Launches August 1 2011 from Cuzco, Peru

The machine of choice is the humble Mototaxi. Invented in Peru and not really perfected anywhere. Built from a motorbike and a few bits of pipe these hardy little ferrets are designed for pootling around the back streets of cities. Which makes them perfect for dirt tracks, waist high mud, salt flats, the Andes and sand dunes. This adventure will help to save the world.
So every team taking part has to raise a minimum of £1000 for our fine charities. Have a read of our charity section to find out more.

THE RICKSHAW RUN

NEXT SIGN UP FOR SPRING 2011: 17th  April 2010

The Rickshaw Run is pretty simple. With no preparation and less luggage one flies to the Indian Subcontinent and does one's damndest to force 150cc of Indian engineering over thousands of miles of questionable terrain in around two weeks.Upon arrival we pause briefly for a game of cricket followed by tea and cakes before revving our engines and setting off. We stop only to wet our whistles on the occasional gin and tonic at specially selected refreshment points. Initially the Rickshaw Run happened but twice a year, but due to massive demand from 2009 on 'twill be thrice. Slotted neatly in between the Winter Run starting on New Year's day and September's Monsoon Run, the extra event will takes place in the Spring. Check the dates for up to date info.
