News from Nomad Southampton:
We've been busy lately, helping schools and colleges going off on their first adventure. We've given talks on kit and safety as well as helping the participants in store. It's been great fun helping the guys with rucksack fittings and packing advice. We are always ready to help anyone with rucksack fitting, just come in to the store.
Well done to Tauntons College, who managed to raise loads of money for charity by packing bags at the local supermarket. They're all off to Tanzania soon and we wish them well on their adventure. Their favourite item has been the Silva Head Torch – "It's a great all rounder, you won't understand how useful it is until you need the toilet in the middle of the night".
What have the Southampton Team been up to?
They are a busy lot with Justan has just come back from camping, Sam has just come back from Morocco, Sasha is in the middle of planning a trip to OZ and James is planning his trip inter-railing through Europe.
Meet the Manager:Justan and his team at Nomad Southampton are all passionate and experienced in travelling. Justan has just come back from travelling through India, Sasha is off to Egypt soon, James is off to America and Borris is in Germany or Holland at the moment. So it's a real travel and outdoor store staffed with real travel and outdoor peolpe.
With this vast travel experience, combined with their shared love for travel and the outdoors, the Nomad Southampton crew will be extremely helpful in getting you kitted out just right for within your budget.
