To ensure this, our staff are kept abreast of new products, product developments and latest in travel health services. All of our staff and nurses undergo a continual programme of product and health training and on the job skills development.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Nomad Travel are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our Call Centre Team. The successful candidate must be passionate about all things travel. Experience of working in a contact centre environment would be a huge advantage. They will need to have excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

STORE MANAGER - FULL TIME

 

Nomad Travel are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bishop’s Stortford. Successful candidates must be passionate about all things travel and have a personal experience of travelling. They will need to have excellent management, customer service and selling skills in addition to being very comfortable engaging with the public.

 

Strong operational skills are also vital to this role. Sharing a location with our head office, the Store Manager will be required to support these additional areas and so a rounded understanding of retail would be beneficial.

We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Host/Supervisor in our Bath clinic. This is a key role within our partnership with Cotswold Outdoor. The successful candidate will be a coordinator between our Travel Health Clinic and the retail business. They must be passionate about all things travel and personal experience of travelling would be an advantage. They will need to have superb administration skills, excellent customer service, be confident selling products and be very comfortable engaging with the public.
