We want Nomad customers and travellers to get the best possible equipment and health advice during their visits to every Nomad Travel Store and Clinic. To ensure this, our staff are kept abreast of new products, product developments and latest in travel health services. All of our staff and nurses undergo a continual programme of product and health training and on the job skills development.

DISPENSARY ASSISTANT / PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - CANARY WHARF
Nomad Pharmacy have been providing advice, antimalarials and medkits to the general public, expeditions and TV companies since 1990 and we are looking for a Dispensary Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to join the team at Canary Wharf.

 

The right candidate will be responsible for the dispensing and labeling of prescriptions, stock control, appropriate record keeping and general day to day tasks around the pharmacy, prepacking, assembly and supply of antimalarials and medkits to the Nomad Travel Clinics around the country and online pharmacy customers. As they gain experience in the field of travel medicine there may be opportunities to liaise with expeditions and TV companies to discuss medical kit requirements and general travel health needs.

A love of travel and general travel experience is not essential but preferred. Appropriate qualifications are expected with the minimum being a GPhC accredited Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course The standard working week is Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30 but a little flexibility is expected when required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Nomad Travel are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our Call Centre Team. The successful candidate must be passionate about all things travel. Experience of working in a contact centre environment would be a huge advantage. They will need to have excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Experienced Assistant Managers Required– Nomad Travel are looking for experienced Assistant Managers to join our London team. Successful candidates must be passionate about all things travel and have a personal experience of travelling. They will need to have excellent customer service, selling skills and be very comfortable engaging with the public.
