Nomad are a private medical organisation, who are specialists in Travel Health. We are a small, but mighty, team based across, Dublin, London, Manchester, Cardiff & Bristol. We have a range of travel health clinics lead by nurses across the UK, with a head office function based mainly remotely, but hybrid in the office from London, Manchester and Dublin. Nomad is a 32 year old company, who have recently teamed with Masta clinics – to become a huge player in the UK Travel Health market.
Sales & Account Mamangement Lead
The role:
We are looking for a new Sales and Account Management Lead to work in a Hybrid setting from home with 2 days a week in the London office.
We are looking for a full time position, but are open to discussing a 4 day week or a 5 day week with shorter hours.
The Sales and Account Management Lead’s principle roles are to; lead on all proactive B2B sales, create new lead generation, manage the relationship liaison between Nomad & their Account Clients, support the wider customer services team with account client administrative tasks as needed & work closely with the Commercial Director on business development through sales tasks & sales based KPI’s.
We are looking for an individual with strong sales acumen and great soft skills for customer interactions who is motivated to work towards bonuses.
This role is a proactive sales role. You will work in a small team getting to know everything there is about the company. You will be working on proactive lead generation through cold calling, cold emailing and lots of client research. You will also be leading on account coordination for some of Nomad’s bigger accounts. Assisting in CRM updating, PO chasing and occasionally large group bookings.
Nomad is a small company that packs a punch! We are looking for staff who are of the same mind set. Key skills we will be looking for are:
– Sales Experience is a must, ideally 1-2 years
– Account Management is desirable but not essential
– Friendly, professional & outgoing personality
– Ability to be proactive in their work – we are looking for a do-er who can lead on their own work load
– Someone who works well towards targets & bonus driven KPI’s
The team:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive role too – this is an individual you will work very closely with. As well as with the Commercial Director who will be your line manager.

Essential:
- This role will suit someone who is: personable, well communicative, eloquent in both verbal & written communication, a self-starter, organised, motivated, passionate about their work, a team oriented worker and driven by the sales based KPI’s.
- A high standard of IT & Computer literacy is essential
- A high standard of communication competency (both verbal & written)
- Ability to self manage & prioritise time effectively
- Ability to work effectively from home
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite is desirable
Qualifications:
- At least GCSE’s / Equivalent +
- Fluent English speaking
- 2+ years in the professional full time workforce

- £27,000 + monthly KPI based bonus scheme
