We are not able to dispatch COVID-19 tests. We can only supply COVID-19 tests for delivery to UK addresses.
COVID-19 tests are dispatched until 2pm Monday – Friday. Please be aware that out of hours, urgent orders for tests required the next day may not be fulfilled in time for your testing requirements.
Antimalarials & Medical Kits
Click & Collect is not available for malaria tablets, medical kits or any other medication from the Pharmacy. Selecting Click & Collect as the delivery method for your malaria tablet and/or medical kit order will cause delays to your order being dispatched.
We are not able to dispatch malaria tabkets or medical kits containing prescription medication for international delivery. We can only supply Antimalarial or prescription medication orders for delivery to UK addresses.
General Delivery Notes
Delivery time depends on the service requested when placing your order. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours, however, Standard UK Delivery dispatch times may be longer. Out delivery options are outlined below-
- Standard UK Delivery – delivery 3 – 5 working days after your ordering
- Free UK Delivery (i.e. over £65.00) – delivery 3 – 5 working days after your ordering
- Express UK Delivery – delivery 1 – 2 working days after you ordering
Express UK Delivery orders orders will only be dispatched on the same day if they are placed before 1.00pm. If you’re in a hurry, it’s best to call one of our advisors on 020 8888 1405 to ensure a next day delivery of your order.
Should you require a next day morning delivery or Saturday delivery, please call one of our advisors on 020 8888 1405. Please note that special delivery surcharges will apply.
For Click & Collect eligible items- if the items you wish to purchase are not available for collection at the store of your choice, contact us on email@example.com.
If you require your order urgently, please call one of our advisors on 0208 8881405 and we will try our best to arrange a more urgent method of delivery.
If you would prefer to have your order delivered to a work/business address, we will require the full name of the business to be included in the address, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will arrive. If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete address then you will incur a redelivery charge.
We may split large orders as some products may be dispatched from different locations. Particularly if you order malaria tablets along with travel kit. You will likely receive 2 or more packages in this instance. You can track your order on your account, we will keep it updated and will supply tracking numbers for each part of your order.

We cannot guarantee express delivery on sale items. All sale items will be dispatched through our standard delivery service (3-5 days) and we will endeavour to get these to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. As a useful guide however, all UK orders are sent using DPD or Royal Mail. 95% of Royal Mail orders are delivered before 1.00pm. DPD will deliver up until 6.00pm. If you supplied us with your phone number and email then we will add this to DPD’s information and they will contact you with a delivery time. This will also allow you to make changes to the delivery if required. We only use Royal Mail for small pharmacy items.
