COVID PCR Test Money Back Guarantee

Nomad offer a money back guarantee for pre-travel PCR testing. If we do not return your results within 48 hours from when your sample is collected by our courier, we will refund the initial cost of your PCR test and courier charges. Nomad are not liable for any other costs associated with the late return of the test, the money back guarantee only relates to the cost of the test and any courier charges and does not extend to any travel related or other costs incurred due to delayed provision of the pre-travel PCR result certificate.

Customer Identity Check

As a registered pharmacy we are obliged to check the identity of all individuals using our online medicine service. We use LexisNexis, a credit search company to verify your address and age to ensure we are sending the medication to the correct person. Your credit rating will not be affected by this search. If we are unable to identify you, we may ask you to scan and send photographic evidence such as a driving licence or passport so we can verify your identity. If your delivery address is a different location to you home, you must use your home address on the declaration. If we cannot verify who you are, you will be refunded the cost of your purchase.

Prices

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.  We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Products

Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated and are not always available through every outlet.  Every effort is made to ensure the colours on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product.  Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Delivery

Items ordered from within the UK will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service.  Charges for the different delivery services can be obtained from our Customer Services  Department.  All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure each delivery is made within the estimated time scales up to a maximum of 28 days, 48-hour delivery does not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.  All goods are subject to availability.  In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.  In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.  Nomad Travel Store cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery caused by courier or postal services.

We are unable to dispatch Antimalarials for international delivery.  We can only supply Antimalarial medication orders for delivery to a UK address.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of the Nomad Travel Store until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Returns & Exchanges

Nomad aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.  If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return the item(s) with a copy of your delivery note and original packing within 28 days by post to our Returns Department at the address below.  We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate.

Sale items may be exchanged within 14 days.  Refunds on sale goods are not available, unless the goods are faulty,  a repair may be offered.  Any goods purchased from the pharmacy or clinic are non returnable.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.  If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please supply us the details of the fault and a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within 28 days.  We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.  If you are in any doubt, please contact our Customer Service team on info@nomadtravel.co.uk.

For your security please return items recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.  Please note that items purchased in stores must be returned to the original place of transaction with receipt.

COVID-19 Tests

We are unable to accept returns of COVID-19 test kits. Due to the time constraints required for certificated COVID testing, we process & dispatch orders for COVID pre-travel PCR tests quickly. Once your kit has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order as the kit cannot be reused. You may keep the kit for future travel or return to work testing requirements. Day 2 & Day 8 mandatory testing is provided by our laboratory partner Oncologica. If you purchase Day 2 or Day 2 & Day 8 tests with Oncologica, please see their Terms & Conditions and contact Oncologica directly with any order issues.

Goods Damaged in Transit

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

Complaints

We welcome any feedback on our services to help us improve. You can send feedback to our customer service team. If you would like to submit a complaint, please refer to our Complaints Policy which includes a link to our complaints submission form. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and provide a timeline for investigation.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation.  If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the web site under the distance selling regulations for refund.

To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us quoting your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel.  Items must be returned to our Customer Services Department at the address below.  All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.  Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given.

Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.  For your security please return items recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.  This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

Guarantee

All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months (except for use in wet jungle situations) unless otherwise stated, from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials.  The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.  In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to either the original store location the item was purchased from or to our Returns Department at:

Knife Policy

For the sale of knives, in accordance with the law, we must confirm that you are over 18 before we can dispatch your order.  To do this, we may contact you for proof of age by email or post.  You will need to provide us with a scan, photocopy or photograph of your proof of age (passport, drivers licence, utility bill etc.).  Once we have received this, our dispatch team will proceed with your order.
