COVID-19 Tests

We are unable to accept returns of COVID-19 test kits ordered directly from Nomad. Due to the time constraints required for certificated COVID testing, we process & dispatch orders for COVID tests quickly. Once your kit has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order as the kit cannot be reused. You may keep the kit for future travel or return to work testing requirements. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us on 01341 555061 or as soon as you can.

Day 2 & Day 8 mandatory testing is provided by our laboratory partner Oncologica. If you purchase Day 2 or Day 2 & Day 8 tests with Oncologica, please see their Terms & Conditions and contact Oncologica directly with any order issues.

Sale Items

Sale items may be exchanged within 14 days. Refunds are not available for sale items, unless the goods are faulty. Any goods purchased from the pharmacy or in a travel clinic are non-returnable. If you have any queries regarding sale items, contact our customer service team on

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team on for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Please notify us of your problem immediately.

Faulty Items

If a product you’ve purchased from us online is defective in any way, please contact our customer service team on so we can arrange to have the product returned and inspected. We will then take the appropriate action (i.e repair, replace or refund). The action will be dependent on the outcome of inspection. Please note that store purchased products need to be returned to the same store location.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes different brands don’t fit correctly to their stated label size. No problem, send the item back to us at the Returns Address found on your delivery note. Just include your details (or a copy of your original delivery note) with size details and we will send the exchanged size back to you at no extra cost.

Item not as Expected

If you’re unhappy with your purchase (other than where the product is damaged or defective), you must contact our customer service team on within 28 days of receiving your goods. Send it back to us and we will refund the product in full. No Quibbles! We only have the conditions that:

1. All tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged
2. The item must be in perfect condition; exactly how you received it
3. Travel medicines & COVID-19 tests are excluded as we cannot resell medicines

However, the cost of return postage is at your expense and any refund amount will exclude delivery charges (i.e. we won’t refund the original delivery charges you paid).
