How to Take:

Swallow each tablet whole with water, ideally at the same time each day to maintain consistent protection.

Additional Protection:

No antimalarial medication is 100% effective. For maximum protection, use DEET-based insect repellent, wear appropriate clothing, and sleep under mosquito nets where needed. Mosquitoes can also transmit other infections, so bite prevention is important.

  • Always combine tablets with mosquito bite prevention measures to reduce risk.
  • Doxycycline 100mg capsules should not be taken by children under 12.

How many tablets do I need?
  • If your travel involves short trips into and out of malaria areas lasting less than 2 weeks, take antimalarials for the entire period.
  • For travel longer than 2 weeks outside risk zones, treat each entry into a malaria area as a separate course.
