How to Report an Issue In the first instance, customers should contact us by email at: masta@speedshealthcare.co.uk

Please include the following details:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence, where applicable

Once received, our team will review the information and provide guidance on the next steps based on the nature of the issue.

Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for your order to be processed. This timeframe includes completion of the online health assessment, clinical review, prescription (where applicable), and dispensing and dispatch by the supplier.

Standard Delivery Orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour courier service.

Tracking Information Tracking details will be provided by the courier, provided that a valid mobile number and or email address has been supplied at the time of ordering.

Delivery Information Delivery timeframes provided by third-party couriers are not guaranteed. As such, the distributor cannot be held responsible for any delays once the order has been dispatched.

If your delivery has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact MASTA at enquiries@masta.org, including your order details.

Our team will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for replacement items to be sent.
